I have 20+ years’ experience and have recruited successfully for a wide range of companies in both external and internal roles.

From 2006-2014 D4 Consulting operated as an IT sales & pre-sales recruitment consultancy focused on supporting IT vendors across Europe and the Middle East. From 2014 onwards I have completed several internal recruitment assignments for global IT and financial services organisations.

My earlier career involved recruiting for a wider range of disciplines across multiple industry sectors including Public Sector, not-for -profit, manufacturing, marketing and transport.
